The LSG Evidence Ledger is Low Season Growth’s public record of what has actually been published, versioned or independently published about the project. It separates research, methods, tools, beta systems and commercial case-study evidence so they are not presented as if they had the same evidentiary status.
Evidence status labels
- Published research: a public analysis with sources, methodology and citation path.
- Registered method: a named LSG framework or metric with a public version and canonical definition.
- Public tool: a planning or decision-support tool; not evidence that a commercial intervention caused an outcome.
- External publication: content published by a third-party editorial outlet and attributed to Vincenzo Proto / Low Season Growth.
- Open research project: recruitment or data collection is still in progress; final results are not yet claimed.
- Public beta: a working system or interface under development; beta status is not a claim of predictive accuracy.
- Mature case study: a commercial case whose measurement window has matured and whose public version has been approved by the property.

Open research project
100-Property Low Season Benchmark 2026 is currently an open research project. The recruitment target is not treated as an achieved sample. Any final publication will disclose the actual usable sample and limitations.

Evidence maturity standard
The LSG Evidence Standard v1.0 assigns E0–E5 levels from hypothesis through causal/incremental evidence. The ledger uses these distinctions when deciding whether an asset is a signal, booking, completed outcome, mature case or stronger comparative evidence.
Commercial case-study status
No named commercial case study is currently listed here as mature evidence. LSG does not promote an active pilot, a future booking, a content delivery or an early commercial signal as a completed case-study result.
A named case can enter this ledger only when the relevant measurement window is mature, cancellations and completed stays have been reconciled where applicable, limitations are stated, and the property has approved the public version.

Private evidence layer
Property-level operational records, internal hotel identifiers, CRM/PMS information, experiment history and the accumulated LSG Intelligence learning dataset are not published in this ledger. The public protocol is transparent; the longitudinal property-level dataset remains private.
Update rule
The ledger is updated when a new public research note, method version, externally published article or mature approved case study becomes available. Historical method versions and public GitHub commits provide an additional provenance trail.
