Your weak-date planning brief
Calculated from your inputs, not a market diagnosis.
- Available room nights
- Room nights to reach your target
- Average pickup needed before arrival
How the calculation works
Room nights = rooms × nights. Gap = ceiling(room nights × max(target − forecast, 0) / 100). Pickup = gap ÷ calendar days until the first stay date.
Assumes a constant room supply and average occupancy across the period. Pickup is a planning benchmark, not a forecast or guarantee. No revenue is estimated.
Three priorities for your next decision
One mission, from dates to outcomes.
LSG Agent prepares opportunities from availability and evidenced enquiries. The hotel retains control over proposals and approvals.
Verifiable inputs
Dates, available rooms, rates and matching enquiries. Missing information is flagged.
Proposals to approve
Offers and drafts with capacity and contribution checks. Sending requires approval and a connected channel.
Documented outcomes
Confirmations and cancellations are reconciled with PMS references. Simulations remain separate.
You can already quantify your goal in the Date plan. Operational missions require authorised data and hotel connections.
