FAQ · LOW SEASON GROWTH
Answers for your hotel.
Practical actions, packages, timelines and results: see how we can work on the dates you need to fill.
How we help
Is this right for my hotel?
We work with independent hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses and small properties with dates or periods that are difficult to sell. We start with your actual availability, margins and resources to identify a viable commercial intervention.
What do you actually do to help fill quiet dates?
We select a period and a reachable audience, build an offer and define the route to a booking. Actions may include contacting previous guests, approaching businesses and local partners, connecting content to the offer and following up enquiries. Under an agreed execution project, we can also activate and follow these actions.
Can you handle execution as well?
Yes. Alongside our strategy packages, we can scope a tailored commercial project: activating offers, approaching partners, encouraging returning guests and managing opportunities in a CRM. We agree activities, responsibilities, access, budget and reviews before starting. The hotel approves rates, availability and terms.
Do I have to lower my rates?
Not necessarily. We assess the reason to stay, the audience and the value of the offer: for example midweek dates, a local experience or a returning-guest benefit. Every proposal must account for costs, margin and positioning; a discount is not our automatic starting point.
Do you work on direct bookings too?
Yes. We can work on the proposition, offer page, direct contact and follow-up to make the journey from enquiry to booking easier. We assess the role of each channel and OTA in your situation, without assuming they should be removed.
Is this a daily revenue-management service?
Our focus is commercial development for quiet dates: offers, audiences, contacts, messages and sales actions. The packages do not include daily rate management. Our work can complement your revenue manager and property team.
Packages and costs
How does the free introductory audit differ from the Revenue Audit?
The free introductory audit is a first conversation about the dates you need to fill and the support that fits. The paid Revenue Audit is a personalised written diagnosis with the deliverables listed on its product page. They are separate services.
How do I choose between Audit, Sprint, Growth and a tailored project?
The Revenue Audit clarifies an underlying problem. The Booking Sprint develops an offer and a 30-day plan for one specific period. Growth Partner provides strategy and scheduled support over 90 days. If you also want us to carry out operational tasks, we scope a tailored project with a separate proposal.
Must I buy the Audit before the Sprint?
No. You can start with the Sprint directly when the problem and target period are clear. If you are unsure, use the free first conversation to identify the right route.
Are the packages monthly subscriptions?
No. Audit, Sprint and Growth are one-time purchases. The Growth price covers the entire 90-day programme, with no automatic renewal. Current prices and deliverables are on the individual product pages; execution projects have a separately agreed quotation.
Are campaigns, outreach, photos and videos included in the packages?
The packages include the strategy, materials, sessions and reviews listed on their product pages. Operational outreach, sales contacts, campaign management, website development and photo or video production are scoped separately in tailored projects. Advertising spend is also separate: activities and costs are agreed before launch.
How does the Revenue Audit credit work?
The verified Audit service fee actually paid may be credited once: towards the Sprint within 7 days of Audit delivery, or Growth within 14 days. Contact us before paying to check eligibility, any tax adjustments and the remaining amount. There is no automatic refund; previously agreed terms remain applicable.
Getting started
What happens after purchase?
Complete the property questionnaire and share the requested information. We use those inputs to prepare your personalised work and arrange the sessions included in your package. For execution projects, we also agree access, approvals and responsibilities before starting.
Open the property questionnaireWhat are the delivery and programme timelines?
Audit and initial Sprint strategy: within 5 business days after all requested information is received. Initial Growth strategy: within 7 business days, followed by the 90-day support programme. The Sprint includes a 30-day plan and a review after 14 days. A tailored project’s milestones are agreed according to its scope.
My empty dates are only a few days away. Can you help?
Contact us promptly with dates, available rooms, rates and active channels. We assess feasibility and which actions make sense in the remaining time. Delivery of the work and market response have different timelines: we do not promise to fill last-minute availability.
What information do you need to start?
Your website, OTA and social links, target dates, available rooms, current rates and offers, typical guests and main commercial challenge. Enquiry, booking and cost data are useful where available. For execution work, we agree the access needed and which contacts can be used.
How much work does my team need to do?
We need a property contact to share information, approve the offer and availability, and follow enquiries. With the packages, your team implements the plan using the materials and reviews provided. If you lack the resources, discuss this with us first so we can agree which tasks LSG will handle in an execution project.
Which languages do you work in?
The service and materials can be delivered in English or Italian. We agree the language and messaging around your property and the audience you want to reach.
Results and terms
How do you measure whether the actions work?
We define the target dates and starting point. We track enquiry sources, replies, confirmed bookings, room nights, revenue and costs where data is available. Links, offer codes or an opportunity log support tracking where useful; we distinguish attributable results from bookings with an uncertain source.
Do you guarantee full occupancy or a number of bookings?
Our goal is to generate more bookings for the agreed dates. We commit to the defined work and deliverables, without guaranteeing occupancy or revenue. Demand, rates, availability, timing and execution affect outcomes, which we review using available data.
How do you assess whether an offer is worthwhile?
We consider revenue, offer costs, any commissions and activity spend, as well as rooms sold. Before launch, we agree a viability criterion with the hotel. During reviews, we compare observed results with the starting point and adjust the actions.
Does the Malta project already have published commercial results?
The case study is in progress. Photos and videos show places, rooms and hospitality documented in the field; they are not evidence of generated bookings. We will publish activities and commercial results once measured and verified.
Where can I find the refund terms?
The terms are on the Refund Policy page, which you should read before purchasing. If you have questions about an order or which route fits your property, contact us before proceeding.
Read the refund policyWhat if I have an earlier quotation or purchase?
Existing orders, still-valid written quotations and previously agreed upgrade terms retain their applicable conditions. Before making another payment, contact us with your quotation or order reference so we can verify the correct route and amount.
