Booking Sprint / Illustrative delivery
Two nights. Beyond the weekend.
From a quiet midweek period to a clear offer, ready-to-adapt messages and a 30-day action plan. Explore an excerpt of how the work comes together.
Fictional property and figures. This is an illustrative excerpt, not a client case study or a report of achieved results.
01 / Starting point
The starting point: working assumptions
LSG Demo Property: 12 rooms, independently operated. Period: Sunday-to-Thursday nights in November. Hypothetical problem: room-led selling and disconnected promotions. Guest hypothesis: couples who can travel by car and stay two nights midweek.
02 / The offer
The offer to validate with the owner
“Two nights without waiting for Friday”: two nights in a double room for two guests, breakfast and noon check-out where operationally possible. Sunday-to-Thursday nights only, subject to availability and property-approved conditions.
Illustrative accommodation rate: €220 per room for two nights, not per person. This is not a published or bookable price. Validate costs, margin, availability, restrictions and any applicable taxes before launch. This is not the LSG service fee.
03 / Market checks
Three checks before publishing
Is the website benefit clear near the enquiry button? Are OTA dates, inclusions and conditions consistent? Compare three real properties on equivalent dates, category, inclusions and cancellation terms, recording sources and access dates. No real competitor research has been performed for this demo.
04 / Economics
Check the economics before discounting
Entirely fictional figures: from a €220 guest total, assume €200 in net revenue after taxes as supplied by the operator, €56 in variable costs for two nights, €8 in extras and a €4.40 payment fee (2% of €220). This leaves €131.60 contribution per stay before fixed costs and the LSG service fee. This is not net profit.
Assuming €990 in effective incremental cost and no other fixed campaign cost, at least 8 genuinely additional stays would be needed to cover it. This is an arithmetic threshold, not a forecast. A 10% discount, assuming the same tax relationship, would reduce contribution to €112.04. If it also discounted 6 stays that would have arrived at full price, the threshold would rise to 10 additional stays. Actual costs, tax treatment, availability on each night and an explicit assumption about bookings that would have arrived anyway are required before making a real decision.
05 / The decision
A decision you can review
First action in the demo: show dates, price, inclusions and conditions together before discounting. The property publishes and records enquiries, quotes and outcomes. At review: low exposure prompts a channel check; a recurring question prompts clearer information; insufficient contribution prompts an offer adjustment. Observed facts, hypotheses and missing data stay separate.
06 / Social concepts
Three social concepts
- Reel: “Who says a break starts on Friday?” Show the room, breakfast and real property details. CTA: ask about midweek dates.
- Carousel: “Two nights, with time to slow down.” Explain the stay, breakfast, check-out and conditions.
- Stories: “Sunday–Tuesday or Tuesday–Thursday?” Ask about interest, then share the offer and invite an availability enquiry.
07 / Promotional email
One promotional email

08 / Partner outreach
One message to a potential partner
Hi [Name], we run [property] and are preparing two-night midweek stays for November. Your nearby activity could be relevant to guests. Could we explore a collaboration, without listing any service as included before agreeing the details?
Adapt and approve before real use. The property selects recipients it is entitled to contact and handles sending and replies.
09 / 30-day plan
The 30-day plan
Days 1–7: approve the offer, conditions and enquiry route; publish on owned channels. Days 8–14: activate relevant messages and record enquiries. Review after 14 days: assess implementation and obstacles with LSG. Days 15–30: apply an adjustment and track enquiries, quotes and bookings linked to the offer, without assuming every sale was generated by LSG.
