Low Season Growth · Hotel Decision Center
From a weak date to the next useful action
Start with the problem you have now. Use a quick decision when the next step is unclear, a calculator when you need to size the gap, and the detailed guides only when the fast path is not enough. No login is required and the quick-tool selections are processed in this page in your browser.

Already have one real weak period? Use the free Weak Date Check if you want to submit the context for a focused review.
The 3-minute weak-date routine
Use this when you need a repeatable weekly check without opening every LSG guide.
- 30 sec — Pick one stay date: use a real arrival date or short period, not “low season” in general.
- 60 sec — Diagnose: run the first-problem diagnostic.
- 60 sec — Act: follow the single next-action link returned by the tool. Do not open several playbooks at once.
- 30 sec — Record: write the action and review date in the PMS/CRM/task tool you already use.
Weekly rule: if the evidence changes, run the diagnostic again. If it does not, continue the current test long enough to observe the relevant booking window rather than changing tactics every day.
Start here · What should the hotel fix first?
Use three observable facts. The result points to the first investigation — not a guaranteed root cause.
USA · Should I work this local B2B account now?
日本 · 今日この客室を追加販売できる?
中国大陆 · 这条咨询今天要处理吗?
How to use these tools
Use the result as a next-action prompt, not as an automated business decision. Verify inventory, rates, guest conditions, staffing and any legal or platform requirements in the systems and procedures your property already uses.
If the quick result is not enough, open the linked detailed tool. The detailed scorecards are tie-breakers and documentation aids, not prediction models.
