These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of services provided through Low Season Growth. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.

Services

Low Season Growth provides personalised digital consulting services for independent hospitality properties, including low-season positioning, offer development, booking-journey analysis, content concepts and strategic recommendations. The exact scope is the scope described on the product page at the time of purchase.

Delivery

Delivery begins after we receive all information reasonably required to perform the service. The Opportunity Audit is normally delivered within 5 business days, the Booking Sprint within 5 business days, and the Growth Partner initial strategy within 7 business days. If information is incomplete, delivery timing starts when the missing information is received.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information about your property, pricing, website, OTA presence and business. Missing information can delay delivery.

Payment

Prices are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Payment is due at checkout. Taxes, where applicable, are handled in accordance with the checkout and applicable law.

Scope limitations

Unless explicitly stated in the purchased package, the service does not include paid advertising spend, daily advertising management, website development, ongoing revenue management, legal advice, accounting advice or implementation by third-party suppliers.

No guaranteed commercial results

Bookings, occupancy, revenue, RevPAR, ADR, direct-booking share or other commercial results cannot be guaranteed because they depend on market conditions, pricing, execution and other factors outside our control.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials delivered to you may be used internally for the property or business for which they were purchased. They may not be resold, sublicensed or redistributed as a standalone product without written permission. Your pre-existing brands, photographs, data and materials remain yours.

Third-party platforms

Recommendations may refer to booking engines, OTAs, social networks, advertising platforms or other third-party services. We do not control their availability, rules, fees or performance.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund Policy and any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Low Season Growth is not responsible for indirect or consequential commercial losses arising from market conditions, third-party platforms or implementation decisions made by the client. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
