LSG Intelligence is now in beta. Low Season Growth is developing it as a decision-support layer for independent hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses working on specific weak dates and low-demand periods.
Most properties already have operational systems, channel managers, booking engines or revenue tools. LSG Intelligence is not designed to replace them. The beta starts from a narrower commercial question: when demand is soft on a defined period, what should be tested first?
What LSG Intelligence Beta is designed to do
The current beta organizes a weak-period situation into a clearer decision path. It helps structure the problem around the period itself, the commercial gap, plausible demand opportunities and the actions worth testing next.
The objective is simple: reduce generic “do more marketing” recommendations and make the next commercial step easier to identify, compare and document.
A decision layer, not another hotel dashboard
LSG Intelligence is being developed around weak-date decisions rather than broad hotel reporting. It is intended to sit between raw information and execution: helping an operator move from “these dates are underperforming” to a more focused commercial hypothesis that can be tested.
The beta may consider different types of signals and inputs over time, but Low Season Growth is deliberately keeping the internal decision logic, weighting and testing methodology proprietary while the system is still being developed.
What the beta is not
LSG Intelligence is not a revenue forecast, an automated revenue-management system or a promise of bookings. It does not replace a hotel’s PMS, RMS, channel manager, booking engine or commercial team.
Its role is decision support: helping structure a weak-date problem, surface possible directions and create a more disciplined basis for testing commercial actions.
Why Low Season Growth is building it
Weak periods are often treated too broadly. “Low season” can hide very different problems: a few empty weekdays, a recurring shoulder month, a source-market gap, an offer that is difficult to understand, or a channel mix that is not reaching the right guest at the right time.
LSG Intelligence is an attempt to make that diagnosis more specific and more repeatable without turning every property into the same template.
Current beta status
The system is currently in beta. The interface, outputs and underlying evidence structure are being tested and may change as the model develops. The focus at this stage is not adding more features for their own sake, but improving the quality of the commercial decisions produced from a weak-date brief.
Low Season Growth will publish selected learnings from the beta as the system evolves, while keeping proprietary decision rules and internal methodology private.
