Low Season Growth Launches 30-Day Booking Sprint for Independent Hotels and B&Bs

|

Company update — September 2026. Low Season Growth has introduced the 30-Day Booking Sprint, a focused service for independent hotels, B&Bs and guesthouses that want to work on one specific quiet period.

The service is priced at €990 as a one-time programme and is designed for properties that already know which dates or recurring period they want to improve but need a clearer commercial plan.

Why the service was created

Low-season problems are often treated too broadly. A property may know that “winter is weak” or that “midweek is difficult”, but broad problems can lead to broad marketing activity with little connection to a measurable booking gap.

The Booking Sprint starts from a narrower question: which dates are hard to sell, and what commercial actions could realistically improve them?

What the 30-day framework covers

The Sprint is structured around the property’s quiet period and includes work on positioning, offer design, direct-booking messaging, channel priorities and an activation roadmap. The objective is not to promise a fixed number of bookings, but to give the property a more focused commercial system for the selected period.

The programme is intended for independent hospitality businesses rather than large hotel chains with extensive internal revenue, marketing and sales teams.

How it fits with the other Low Season Growth services

Low Season Growth currently offers three levels of support.

Low Season Revenue Audit — €299. For properties that need to diagnose the problem and identify the main commercial priorities before launching a campaign.

30-Day Booking Sprint — €990. For a defined weak period that needs a focused commercial plan and activation roadmap.

90-Day Growth Partner — €1,990. For properties that want a longer support period with continued refinement and implementation reviews.

A practical starting point for properties

Hotels and B&Bs that are not sure which service fits can begin by using the weak-date check and sharing one difficult date or recurring quiet period.

Low Season Growth then uses that context to determine whether the property is better suited to an audit, a focused sprint or a longer 90-day programme.
